Relaxation is a key part to healing body weaknesses. It’s like listening to a piece of classical music. Observe how it feels when there is this pause, these few seconds of silence, after an intense crescendo of instruments.
How to relax?
Enter a state of relaxation in the mind and the body as a way of working with life energy and learn to master four regulating methods:
⦁ The breath: deep abdominal breathing, the flow of breath aligned with movement
⦁ The posture: combination of self-awareness with self-correction of the posture
⦁ The movement of the body: alignment of body axis, harmonization of left and right side and coordination of body parts such as hips, arms, legs, with the breath
⦁ The state of mind: stilling of the mind, focusing on present moment, feel rather than think. The combination of these four regulating methods will impact different systems in our body ( Physical, Mental, Metabolic, Nervous system) and balance our body to overcome its weakness.
These methods are fully integrated in the movements I teach in the sessions. But mostly I teach you to connect with your body and feel and learn yourself to control these 4 methods little bit more at every practice.
